Phillip Infelise’s major strengths are in strategic facility planning and project development (establishing client programmatic requirements, facility specifications, project budgets/schedules, building the Project Team) and he has successfully developed an unparalleled record of cost-savings performance during the design/construction execution phases. Furthermore, Phillip is a nationally recognized corporate relocation consultant and has successfully managed more than 800 projects, bringing a management-oriented discipline and learned strategy to a process that is normally expected to be chaotic.

Phillip has more than 30 years of experience consulting on corporate facilities development, strategic planning, design & construction management and relocation planning and management. Prior to joining CresaPartners, Phillip was Chief Operating Officer of the ORS Group, a national facilities planning and project management consultancy in Washington, DC. Previously, Phillip was also a consultant to the US State Department, the Agency for International Development and President of two construction companies, with experience consulting on projects both domestically and internationally.

As a Managing Principal in the Denver office and director of the CresaPartners National PM Leadership Group, Phillip also founded the CresaPartners Denver Project Management Group, wherein he ensures consistency and client satisfaction with CresaPartners services across the board. Phillip’s major clients include or have included: Arnold & Porter, Blockbuster Entertainment, Boston Market, British Aerospace Ltd, City of Lakewood, Colorado ICE Sports, Daimler Benz, DaVita DigitalGlobe, Forest Oil, Gates Corporation and Tomkins, PLC, The Gathering Place, NASA, Precision Drilling, Quest Diagnostics, Inc, Vail Resorts, Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, WorkRite Ergonomics, as well as many other law firms, associations, non-profits and government agencies.
